Message	You are correct, BOVs are for turbos only. The turbo crams air into the intake, but when you let off the throttle, there is still air waiting to be crammed in. The BOV vents the air. Now, I don't know if the NA Turbo Blow Off Sound thing works, but seems like a silly idea to me. You're better off spending your 20, 30, 40 on upgraded lighting or suspension bushings or something.
